It sounds like you killed noggit while it was trying to write the files, which probably left the ADTs partially written. Ouch.

Or it might be the ADTs are fine and you can slap them into a new WDT

I've had it before at work where I spent 3 days doing a horrendous merge from a branch 2 years stale, and when I pressed commit it deleted every file in the repo. One strange bug. Taught me to make backups constantly
