It's fairly simple, just don't cancel it on movement.

If you just want a special exception for auto shot specifically, then you just add an override for that specific spell in that function

I've read a bit of Cmangos code, and in it I've seen bits where a general script checks for a specific spell ID when figuring out exceptions, is that similar to what you're talking about?

Yeah you could make void Unit::_UpdateAutoRepeatSpell() not return in case of moving when autorepeat spell is 75, then you remove the flag from the spell and it *should* work while moving.
