Would anyone be able to help me with this? I wanted to make a spell that would summon a custom NPC who would follow you around and attack stuff. Not fleshed out like a bot that you can give commands but just follow you and join in combat and sometimes cast a spell. I was looking at the WoW Database Editor 2022 thinking I’d be able to figure something out with Creature Scripts but I’m still not really familiar with that. Is there some basic thing I’m overlooking or is this more involved than I was thinking?

personally I use the bloodworm ai in the script column and script the spells in Lua for the individual creature entry
