Found fix, if anybody have problem u need to right click on ssd and give full control over ssd for all users so u can use mpq editor on that patch which is in that ssd

or u could do what i usually do and disable most of administration/permission checks for whole windows

Or there's a zero-day exploit in one of the programs you are using, but because permissions don't need to be elevated it doesn't even need to ask you to grant the permission to do what it wants, whereas normally it would be in a limited environment
