It's really not complicated :
1 : check if any error in server log on loading worldserver like : missing mmap, wrong version..

2 : if neither of those it's likely you simply didn't update anything and still are extracting old data, so then inspect the extarctors console and look for any error or skips

Do empty bounding boxes matter all that much? I'm basically watching through the console and noticing that a lot of objects are missing a bounding box
