I could argue that the CSV format doesn't specify the delimiter required

btw WDBX got `IsIndex="true"` should i assume that anything named `ID` is index and nothing else is ?

If you mean the primary key, no the "ID" column is not always present and not always the thing sorted on or used to uniquely identify it
