Depends how you decide it's phase 2, if you use a variable not tied to the creature then yes, you need to deal with the instance id. If you use Set/GetData then it's tied to the specific object

If you just use health to decide what actions should be done, then you just use RegisterEvent on a timer and act based on that, which requires no variables at all

PerformIngameSpawn takes an instanceId, you can get that from the boss or whatever that spawns it
