Kind of stumped on this one.. Moved the texture animation block in 010 editor from where it was originally to the end of the .m2 file, all of the data is identical to original and the template gives me no errors, but yet when I load up the game, the model is completely gone. M2mod doesn't also want to export it to m2i anymore either. Didn't touch anything else. Any ideas?

I have no idea about .m2 files but maybe there's an offset to the texture animation block that needs to get 0'd

I wish that was the case but at least it looks completely right to me. There's really nothing else that refers to it
