How would one go about making a spell appear unusable (greyed out, like when you don't have enough resources to cast it, or don't have a melee weapon equipped for melee spells, etc) based on a dynamically changing criteria?

Like I want to, say, make Mortal Strike appear unusable if you're in Grizzly Hills unless you have 2200 arena rating, or appear as unusable if you're flying and also are in Battle Stance
