so that would require emulator as u said....but that is completely user side right ? i cant modify client to do it ppl would have to do it manually for them on their pc

it's completely user side, and you generally want to properly install locale emulator to use it easily, though it might be possible to bundle it and make it start the wow.exe with a launcher or something as well

this is how you run programs with locale emulator when it's installed, the "L" icons are languages you've installed and doing so is very simple

so running wow with cyrillic text you just right click the wow exe, go to locale emulator and select that language and input will work with cyrillic alphabet

if you instead want chinese, you create an application profile in chinese and then select it the same way in the same menu

but its still one at the time and it requires client restart when swapping right ?
