Should work to spawn them outside the city with the quest, ready to go in and get hated by everyone

If you wanted to spawn them at the end of the DK starting zone with the quest, this is probably not plausible

i wanted to spawn them outside of org or stormwind ready with full blues ready to join the horde or alliance

You may end up needing to manually teach them certain quest reward spells on login as well? but I don't think so
