sadly no1 gave me the right answer when i was doing this so i ended up modifing all spells ( mounts) and removed northrend and outland requirement and added conditions so u can't use them in bgs ( in spell editor i disabled using them in arenas)

You need to add new rows in spell.cpp search for any mounts that allow that and just see how its made
