Right now it just comes down to either parsing the json async and then creating the table on request, or doing both and then copying it (slower?)

I guess I'll try to benchmark parsing it on request but using a parser callback to build the table while parsing the json .. but I don't think it will be faster

if it's read-only i'd definitely still give userdata a look, there's only so much that needs wrapping to get that working as expected
