So would it be possible to theoreticly make a tool that could be used to edit lights stuff in dbcs kinda like a gui based thing so your not sifting threw lines and lines to change a skybox of change stuff i ask cause im still getting into dbc editing but wanted to know if that be possible and if anyone knows anyone who would take money to make a tool like that?

Who do i have to throw money at to make it a reality i tried editing pvp zone to have the skybox and green fog of the emerald dream map and was ready to drown myself in a well after and gave up

There's some tools out there to edit some light dbcs but they kinda suck and is not very useful without live rendering
