ill probably can fix it on my own i am 95% sure the dbc files didnt upload to host correctly

i've forgotten if map files need to be in place or not so you might have to try that, otherwise make sure your coordinates are server coords and not client coords

Make the NPC show normal gossip, then hide it and listen to GOSSIP_CLOSED event, then close your frame.
