Go into the DBCs, CreatureModelData, and modify the scale from there.
Alternatively you can go into the SQL db and modify the actual creature entries scale as well

That should be somewhere in the Interface files within the .mpq's let me look

Yes check your locale folder within the Data folder and dig around in those MPQs in their respective Interface folders

Its very likely you can get this stuff from wow.tools, searching with "Interface%_ " should provide what you may need

Yes I understand this. For viewing I use the "wow.export" program. But there are a lot of files in the retail version
