with eons and eons of assembly hacking, maybe. nowhere close to feasible if you had to ask, probably not otherwise either

there's already a lot of issues with having anything lua-related outside of the exe address space as is, and you'll have to somehow fit the entire lua state there and point everything in the exe to it
