We are both wondering how optimal it is to make NPCs like this on daily basis ? imagine that you would have a server with 3 000 NPCs each code like that randomly scattered in zone is like 30x30 ADTs do you think it would have some performance issues or anything like that ?

The script itself wouldn't be a problem performance wise really, it's not much different to any other avenue of scripting. Your main performance issue would be from Eluna being single state
