but i think the first one is sufficient, there's a switch statement where it sets the rate depending on the amount of players, you can probably just change the rate to the player count

I've looked in the heidiSQL and in my files for that file and i dont seem to have it :/ i gotta be doing sumthing wrong.

those files are not in heidisql, they are part of the server source code. are you maybe using a repack?
