Looking for 2 addon natives, one that detects if you "select" an ability such as Heroic Leap, Death and Decay (ground targeting, before casting).
Second one, that moves your mouse coordinates (or resets them to the center of the screen at the very least). Do these exist in WotLK?

I don't believe that addons, without .exe modifications, can move your cursor at all. As for the other part, I'm not sure. I don't know if addons can read that deeply into the effects of a particular spell that's being selected, in order to make that distinction.

If nothing else, it might be possible to just detect whether you're targeting for spell of ID (x), but even that I've never actually seen, I don't think.
