By reducing the number of bones in the original .skin i was able to get a half-working model with no crash

My working theory is that 00684527 is caused by there not being enough .skin files
(You have a model with only 1 skin file where you *should* be using 3)

Right, im saying that the model itsself cant handle there only being 1 skin file, the number of bones is simply too much for it to handle

That being said, theres 97 bones, i know MAX i can have 255
