Word DB -> spell_group and spell_group_stack_rules might be what you're looking for

It's going to spawn the spell visual on "go" and there is no way to stop it, it's not the aura (not that it is an aura) that'd play that animation. Besides, debuffing frost armor doens't stop the cast animation from playing.
