```D:\tswow.15\tswow-install\modules\default\datasets\dataset\dbc\CreatureModelData.dbc
DBFilesClient\CreatureModelData.dbc
DBFilesClient\CharBaseInfo.dbc
DBFilesClient\CharHairGeosets.dbc``` Is this the correct format for the listfiles? I ended up looking at inside the mpq and found the listfile inside and opened it with 010 and the also copy and pasted that into the same file above, which is called additionallistfile.txt and loaded it into mpqeditor then opened the patch-h but still no progress
the format refers to the full filename _inside_ the mpq, so the first line doesn't make sense since it points to a file on your file system. the other lines make sense
oh ok I think I get it, so I need to make sure there is a DBFilesClient folder in the root of the client folder that is holding that patch
no, you need to add that listfile to whatever additional mpq that actually contains that file that is overriding your current own patch
