Quick question about Fatigue, in 335 it depends on the water type right? Ocean = fatigue? So was wondering if I replace Ocean with normal Water and generate new M/Vmaps server wise too would the fatigue be gone?

yes, but i have fixed the latest noggit to correctly write the flag, so you can get it to only write for ocean below a certain depth

this data is in "maps", so you only need to re-generate those

So with old versions any "ocean" has the fatigue flag no matter the ground height?

old versions wrote garbage data into the fatigue flag so it caused virtually all chunks to have fatigue where there was ocean. I fixed that and added a script brush that can automatically apply the flag depending on the average height of the chunk
