i believe its because its not precaching the query itself so its likely parsing it too

basically every query has that floor of a couple ms

I relied heavily on this project, but there were a few things I had to clean out of a clean 335 dump to get it to execute without errors.

`SELECT name, help FROM command` this takes 6 ms returning 500 elements, so seems that the queries are of a fairly nice speed

it always has this 3-4ms startup latency no matter what even if the query is just empty
