for example in this archolos game, those 4 bartenders do have their own quests, and if you did their quest before you came to sell beer to them, they will often trust you and instantly buy it

depends entirely on what exactly you need and how configurable it should be. You could add a system of flags that individual quests can play around with if you want something that will be quite flexible
