It is the inconsistency that I cannot figure out, and most likely it is something I am doing wrong in the 010 editor

Nop, texture is 245x128 and is a custom one. Is it a bad habit for an m2 to be not 2* just like the WMO?
But I have the same issue on a model with 256x256 textures.
