- did it skip an entire map or just a few adts on a map where other adts were included?
- did the log say anything strange?
- did you place all your adts in the exact same patch, or were they split across multiple patches?
- how did you generate your adts / can you open them all in noggit? (i.e. check your wdt)
- what version of the game / what emulator are you using?

It skipped just few ADTS, but for some reason only those on second map.
On 1 map all ADTS were fine but on the second one, some ADTS didnt work.
The log didnt say anything strange, but it just didnt generate them - the skipped ADTS werent present in the log .
ADTS work in Noggit.
Using 3.3.5a on Trinitycore.

does mapextractor itself also skip those adts? (that's the first extractor you run)

i would suspect it's a wdt issue, maybe try opening it in gruul or zonemasher and make sure the missing adts are there. Also make sure they have the correct names and are in the exact same patch as the rest of the map

the only two ways I know of that can cause mapextractor to silently skip an adt is if it's missing from the wdt or if the file itself is missing

if you're on linux, also remember that filenames are **case sensitive**
