upon looking at 60590, ive concluded since only one creature uses it that there may be a creature flag associated with it or something that isnt related to spells

i remember there was a dynamiccamera addon from like 2010, but i think it just did zoom type stuff, not actual dynamicam stuff

id also like to add, i dont see it in the database in "spell_custom_attr" but there is a flag for ignoring armor if you were so inclined with another spell

That makes sense. There is pct modifier buffs that make spells ignore x% armor but I just couldn't figure those ones out. Ty
