I've searched the core for those IDs through entire source and find nothing, and anything else pertaining to effects should be loaded from spell.dbc, which I also don't find anything that would be referenced in particular in order to ignore armor (the only flags on those spells are . Am I overlooking something?

I only find events registered for casting those spells in boss/npc scripts
