Whenever anyone has a moment, I would appreciate some help trying to solve this issue.

I have this SQL script:
```sql
SELECT entry, itemLevel, COUNT(*)
FROM spell_value_table
GROUP BY entry, itemLevel;
```

Right now its sorts results by entry and ItemLevel into something like this:
```
Entry ItemLevel COUNT
88 11 1
88 22 1
88 30 4
91 18 2
```

Is there a way I can modify the script to only show results of the HIGHEST count from each group, for example from the scenario above, I want the script to show the following:
```
Entry ItemLevel COUNT
88 30 4
91 18 2
```
