sure, disable the races for your version (not 100% sure how to do that in what I assume is 1.12, usually a dbc thing), then move those buttons far off the screen somewhere and reparent the rest

tho maybe disabling a race wasn't a thing in 1.12 since yeah

you're looking at changing things in lua/xml either way, but it might be more hardcoded in vanilla than newer versions so the random selector might break
