Hmm didn't work after just changing format to palette+alpha anyway. Still see quite a few differences tho.

Mipmap Count all got same number and (fake 7) maybe that's the issue?

as I remember Alastor have bat files to convert a png to a blp according which type of texture it will be, check his mega link
