4G and lower is more common that u think. Super basic office only pc's in netherlands can have 2-4G

Personally I think it's quite ignorant to start ranting about how everyone should have a certain product by now. The price varies depending on where you are in the world, and people have access to different disposable incomes. The world is not an equal place.
It wouldn't take much to Google some stats on hardware.
