reload only reloads eluna, or, the UI .. not the server. worldserver needs to reload the dbc

yeah anytime you make a server side update (mainly dbc) restart your world server ... this applies for SQL to be on the safe side... any UI changed, use ReloadUI ... and Eluna/LUA scripts .. you can "Reload Eluina"
