Please elaborate if you care to. Would be much appreciated, and maybe we can tackle the original desire; custom animations!

I didn't mean to say easier, actually. Just trust me, custom animation is not something you can learn the same way as converting a BLP and editing it.

I have no intention of learning it. My real life friend is constantly working on Warcraft 3 Custom animations, the aforementioned Chriz. . All he requires is a converter from 3ds Max BACK to M2, as well as a way to make the texture wrap around the model in max, everything else would be relatively simple for him I believe.
Edit: The wrapping thing may have been poorly explained. The thing is, to do a proper animation, my friend requires the model to be fully wrapped so that he knows what he's working with. Unfortunately, when we imported the BLP to max and tried to wrap it around the model, it just wouldn't work, and no amount of repositioning would fix it.

Quote: its pretty good for a reskin but like people are saying unnoticable you should try making a full body tattoo that would be cool

Well, it's a bit more complex then that, but I guess I could direct you to a 3ds to M2 script for pre-TBC models
