it should be in skilllineability.dbc, the spell.dbc itself might have a race flag, and check skillLine.dbc

i remember spending like 3 hours on that stupid issue. definitely check skillLine.dbc as well, i think those are also racemasked

skillline.dbc is just the skills themselves. "Language Common" is in there
