if you would do it just serverside then a player who isn't a GM tries to create that specific race it will be told Creation Failed or smth like that

atm it is only server side higher expansion and i still can't create it ,also tried on local server like i said to put expansion 3 for above wotlk expansion but even acc is lvl 3 it won't create

in ChrRaces.dbc i put required expansion 3 and also added to my account expansion level 3...but says i need higher expansion lol
