I've been tinkering with the talent trees and thought it would be a neat idea to add talents into some of the missing spaces through talent.dbc. I've tried adding a talent to the frost mage tree and ended up with a strange result. Is this because of some core code?

verified all files are there, verified 5 dbc's ... still getting this:
