I've never used Kiera 3, but it sounds like if you can modify values, but can't add new values, that it might be the MySQL user you're connecting to the database with. If the user doesn't have `create` privileges, but has `update` privileges your problem would make sense.

make sure your MPQ has the character folder

yes, thats what i would say - cant find the model. If it can find the model, but, textures/skins are messed up, it will at least display a white model

i would look at the interface for char select, make sure its pointing to the right place.

as long as you have the models in a character folder.. in any MPQ its fine.
