is the racemask and classmask for all races and classes, 2047 and 1535? Are those numbers calculated by adding them together then x whatever the bitmask is?

So this is an example only, and not real data. But:
Races:
Human = 1
Orc = 2
NE = 4
Tauren = 8
I want my spell to be available to Tauren and Human. Therefore 1 + 8 = 9.
I want my spell to be available to all races: 1 + 2 + 4 + 8
I want my spell to be available to just humans: 1

The bitmask is just a clever way of being able to flag lots of values using a single integer (a single number)
