There might be an easier way to inject something there that doesn't require to reverse engineer the whole rendering engine , I might give it another go after I finishing my current projects.

What I had in my mind is like inject a dll which contains the video player then hook the movie send packet handler from the main wow module then somehow hack into the renderer to stream the video. Not sure the difficulty of the streaming part.

If everything fails then there's no choice but to obtain a license from Microsoft like Xecc wants for kernel control. Then open up windows media player when the movie is supposed to trigger lol
