Well I haven't tested yet, I just know the entries didn't re-add and with messed up IDs suspiciously. lol

Not sure how because I did two things, removed the erroneous entries and reordered the ones which are fine, one, the other or both of these could've been the problem but either way, this is clean!

let me ask that a different way ... if i have a race defined, and, not in the character creation (say an NPC can turn you into it) does that persist to the character selection (model and info) ?
