I might just have to set the NameSetID but the problem is Noggit doesn't support it. I'm sure you just set it to 0 when the WMO is used once.

I searched for "wmo nameset" on http://model-changing.net/ but it doesn't return results so now I'm really stuck.

I have a feeling this could be set in the WDT file seems as it probably isn't something in any chunk because a WMO can cross over multiple chunks and NameSetID isn't on the WMO file itself, it's simply for identifying which WMO spawn of the same model you're meaning.
