Well for a dedi at only £25/month you get SoftRAID 4x2TB SATA so that's more than a 300GB SSD plus RAID.

IONOS is pretty good if you're in the UK, i'm on £25/month (thats post introductory price) for 6 core, 18GB, 160GB SSD

But seriously you will NEVER need the 32GB RAM they offer for a WoW server so I advise that you hypervise it.
