That's a tariff though not a bill. It's an hourly tariff but the lowest spec VPS will come up to 5 dollars by the end of the month.

So if you run one for 1 hour then it will only cost you cents.

so im looking to use this as the server host for the realm until im able to order a dedi so players can play and test things
