well....a .toc is like 10 lines at most so idk why you would ever attempt to visualize and for xml none that im aware of other than that wow addon studio that was floating around but it was fairly basic as far as i was aware

yeah, i mean using a TOC will open the entire thing instead of just the one XML or whatever ... i will check on Addon Studio
