But if you look at the mechanics, on Blizzard it doesn't say you're in that arena until you are in it. lol

I'm talking about the documentation for DBCs, the flags part is always in hexadecimal and I don't know what people are doing with those.

Like I'm not sure how people are calculating the flags. For example I got an hexadecimal flag number from a document, it converted to decimal 32 but that isn't used in the DBC it was relevant to.
