normally, seas are not part of any zone (when you swim off the coast you just get the worldmap), and for that behavior you set its parent to 0. If you want it to be a subzone of your island, you set the parent to the island id

The Great Sea ended up with a parent ID because it has one in the cata version of the DBC.
