Won't break the bank, cheap as hell. They all backup on their end anyway even if they make you pay to have a backup via their panel.

I use hypervisors these days but when I used Vultr in the past they were good, so is Digital Ocean and so is Linode.

If you want to have grid unloading enabled then any VPS with a few gigs of ram will do.
